bigWebApps is taking new initiatives to open up its web based help desk software to supporting and complimentary technologies.  We are enabling the HelpDesk platform to work with many layers across an organization’s business units from accounting to project management.  One of the newest advancement is integration using Microsoft Active Directory to allow single sign-on for all user account access.  We call this AD Replicator and this function will copy users in the local Active Directory groups to map to your HelpDesk Roles (e.g. Administrators, Technicians, Users, Super Users).
